Fancy R Boutique Return and Refund Policy:
Fancy R Boutique offers one time size or design exchange on sold items. All returns must be sent back within 7 Working days of receiving your purchase. (SALES ITEMS ARE STRICTLY NOT RETURNABLE). Returns can only made one time per order number.
Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered and still have their tags intact.
Your return will be processed within 7 business days from when we receive it.
1. For unsatisfactory Items (Item size does not fit Buyer) the return & exchange costs will be borne by Buyer.
If the returned item is out of stock in the size or colour, buyer can choose to exchange to other item with equivalent value or top up the difference for higher value item. Otherwise, buyer can choose to convert item value into credit or we can issue Gift Cards for future purchase within 6 months from the date of return, no cash refund is allowed.
Fancy R Boutique will inform Customer once the Gift Cards been issued by email.
Please take note that Expiry Date is clearly started in the Gift Cards, Customer has to monitor the Expiry Date of Gift Card and utilise it within the valid time.
All Gift Card issuance if for one time usage only.
2. Return of Defective Items (Examples: Incorrect Item/stained/other defects) the return & exchange costs will be borne by Fancy R Boutique.
NOTE: PERSONAL PREFERENCES such as (ie. Style/Design/etc. not suitable) are NOT ALLOWED for exchange or refund once purchased.
All item colour may vary subject to studio lighting. There may be slight color variation in actual item vs item image.
Return of Defective Items
Items that are returned with the following reason(s) will be deemed under the Return of Defective Item category and therefore all return and exchange shipping costs (both ways) will be borne by Fancy R Boutique: Torn item/Stained item.
For returns due to any other reason(s) that are not listed above, please contact Fancy R Boutique customer care for further assistance. Fancy R Boutique reserves the rights to reject any return request that does not meet our return policy criteria.
All returns are strictly under buyer’s responsibility until it reaches Fancy R Boutique. Buyer shall keep the courier tracking number at all times to track and locate the parcel before it reaches Fancy R Boutique.
In the Event of lack of stock of the item purchased, Refund will only be in credit form by gift cards. The Refund will be access on case to case basis.
